SHIPPING POLICY
Once the order is processed and an e-mail confirmation is received, the order will be handled and shipped within 2-3 business days.
An order tracking number is always provided in a notification of shipment e-mail. All orders are handled by the Lithuanian Post company.
Shipments within Europe are usually delivered within 7-14 business days and international shipments are usually delivered within 14-21 business days.
If your shipment does not reach you within the before mentioned time period, please contact us and we will do our best to solve the issue.
Express Shipment can also be chosen as the preferred shipping method in which case shipment to Europe are usually delivered within 3-5 business days
and international shipments are usually delivered within 5-10 business days.

RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.
All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at info@nocolorstudio.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.

Please note: you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your return.
Please allow at Least fourteen (14) days of fund processing. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
